GRM International is hiring a Jakarta-based Project Coordinator to
provide support to the AusAID-funded HIV Cooperation Program for
Indonesia (HCPI), AusAID-funded Education Parternship Performance
Oversight and Monitoring (EP-POM), and other small projects as required.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day control of
financial, logistical and administrative support for EP-POM and HCPI,
including liaison with clients, partners and program teams; working with
program teams in implementation of the Procedures Manual; support in
meeting all internal and external reporting requirements; and project
budget management and invoicing.

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in supporting delivery of development projects in complex settings.
- Minimum five years project coordination experience, preferably on AusAID or other large donor programs.
- Proven superior financial and contractual management experience
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of consistently meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated high level IT skills for preparation of both written and financial reports.
- Competency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
