The USAID | DELIVER PROJECT, a U.S. Agency for International Development
(USAID) - funded project, is implemented by John Snow Incorporated USA.
The PROJECT requires a Logistic Assistant in the following
activities.
Work activities :
The Logistics Assistant will be part of Deliver’s technical SCM team and will provide TA in the implementation of SCM Assessment, and monitoring for logistics systems management at the MOH and Dinas levels. He/She will assist DELIVER in-country partners, CDC, WHO, MSH, TB Care, CHAI and MOH and the representatives of central and regional health programs. He/She will work closely with the Logistic Officer based technical teams in Jakarta. He will report to the Logistic Officer.

Work activities include:
- Coordination : Coodinate with technical staff of stake holder organizations throughout People that Deliver including CDC, MoH, MSH, TB Care, CHAI, Global Fund, WHO and USAID.
- Training : Assist and Support Logistic Officer in organizing and conducting Logistic Management System for training for partners ( Assessment tools, SOP and Material for Logistic Training ) Assist and Support Logistic Officer in organizing and conducting On Job Training ( OJT ) for Supply Chain Management topics.
- Assessments : Assist and Support Logistic Officer in organizing and conducting Assesment of Logistic Management at project sites.
- Field Monitoring and Suportive Supervision Support Logistic Officer for assist monitoring and supportive supervision at project sites. Provide necessary field monitoring support to future technical initiatives as prescribed by the Logistic Officer.
- Technical Assistant Provide TA and Technical Support to partners. Support and Help Logistic Officer in organizing for Process Procurement (develop document)
- Support and Help Logistic Officer to Prepare Report.
- Starting work May 2013 until December 2013 (full time).
Qualification:
- Male / Female
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 Years Experience
- Knowing about the logistic
- Communicative and can work together in a team
- Honest, Thorough
- Able to operate computer (Microsoft office)
