International NGO seeks *Finance Assistance*. The primary responsibilities will be to assist the Finance Officer.

*Scope of Work: *
- Maintain financial and other records in electronic format and hard copy in accordance with IFES standard procedures and systems. Organize and file all accounting and administrative documents;
- Allocation of expenditure to specific budget lines based on project codes
- Assist Finance Officer in preparing the Funds requests to the HQ timely based on the project budget.
- Directly managing the cash report by project and make sure all transactions are appropriate with IFES regulations
- Assist Finance Officer to reconcile bank statement and QuickBooks data;
- Assist in the compilation of bimonthly financial reports to IFES headquarters;
- Assist in tracking and controlling IFES accounts;
- Prepare payments to IFES vendors/suppliers/consultants and make sure the completeness of supporting document already appropriate with IFES regulation;
- Going to the IFES’ bank to execute the bank payments;
- Assist Finance Officer in communication and correspondence related to finance,
- Gather, enter and update data to maintain accountant records and databases;
- Provide all finance-related printing and copying;
- Travel as necessary;
- Others task of duty assign by the supervisor
*Requirements: *
- A minimum of 2 years experience with finance functions in a comparable setting;
- Minimum bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business or other relevant educational background required;
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft office especially for Excel and Word; familiarity with various accounting software, experience in using the Quickbooks Accounting Program
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and oral;
- A high level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Previous experience working with International NGOs
