Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) Specialist
(Contractual Base - Jakarta )
Ensure that best practices are incorporated into the program design and strategy and monitor program quality throughout the organization. Provide technical support and advice to Plan staff and build their capacity. Insure that learning takes place and is applied.

Requirements:
- Master Degree in area of expertise
- At least five ( 5 ) years of experience in Technical & Vocational & Training
- At least three( 3 ) years of experience working for or with NGO
- At least three ( 3 ) years of experience working in relevant projects such as Youth Ecomomic Empowerment
- Experienced in inclusive approach programming is a plus
- Having Strategic planning and evaluating skills
- Having Strong analytical skills
- Good command of oral and written communications
- Good facilitation and negotiation skill andexcellent understanding of sector
- Demonstrated facilitation and training experience
- Good English skill both in oral and written communication
- Good computer skill
