The Institute for Peace and Democracy (IPD) seeks a Program Manager to oversee the design, delivery and evaluation of its programs. Working in concert with IPD's national and international partners, this senior management position will be responsible for leading a team that implements the institute's signature programs. The position reports to the Executive Director.

Background
  • The Institute for Peace and Democracy is Indonesia's premier independent and non-partisan international democracy support and peace-building organisation. Working in partnership with Indonesian and international organisations, IPD seeks to share experience on the practical implementation of democracy as well as its systems, processes and shareholders. The institute seeks to support groups and individuals who are actively engaged in advancing democracy including government officials, civil society leaders, the media, academics and political party leaders.
  • Based at a brand new facility at Udayana University in Bali, the Institute is now expanding and looking for motivated individuals to fill a number of positions.
