The main purpose of P.A.C.E Program is to improve 260 female garment workers (FGWs) life skills and to ensure sustainability of life skills education program at PT. Gunung Salak .

The main purpose of P.A.C.E Program is to improve 260 female garment workers (FGWs) life skills and to ensure sustainability of life skills education program at PT. Gunung Salak .
This year, the project focuses on life skill trainings on:
- Three (3) Core Modules: Communication, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Stress and Time Management
- Four (4) Supplementary Modules : Women’s Health, Financial Literacy, Legal Literacy and Social Entitlement, and Execution Excellence
- Three (3) Essential Sessions: Introductory, Closing, and Consolidation Session.
In the middle of this year, the project will be focused to empowerment
of the 24 Nobland’s staff to assist life skills training.
Especially on Legal Literacy and Social Entitlement Module, we will conduct Legal Literacy and Social Entitlement Seminar for Female Garment Workers at PT.Gunung Salak – Sukabumi.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Execute the health seminar as per agreed content and schedules.
- Provide information about theprocedures to access legal services, especially those relating to women’s issues.
- Provide information about thegovernment's scheme of social service relevant to women’s issues and also the procedure to obtain these services.
- Coordinate with project manager on planning and scheduling of seminar.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree of Law or related to the topics.
- Extensive Experience about legal literacy especially on female garment workers issues.
- Extensive experience in working with community.
- Familiarity with female worker issue, especially garment worker issue.
- Familiarity with adult education approach, which is include contextual, condition and cultural barriers of female worker conditions.
- Ability to plan and work independently and efficiently and to understand and analyze information quickly.
- Ability to deal with and effectively resolve unexpected issues.
- Excellent knowledge.
