Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing development projects (strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation)
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Climate adaptation, resilience and/or rural livelihoods issues
- Excellent communication skills (English and Indonesian)
- Good project management skills
- Good interpersonal skills. Creative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
