We are looking for:

HR PROGRAM MANAGER

The HR Program Manager will work with some of Indonesia’s leading private sector companies to help them achieve measured improvements in workplace gender equality within their organizations. She/he will:
  • Train companies to use the assessment tools so that they can measure the current state and develop improvement plan in workplace gender equality.
  • Help companies to set gender equality goals and action plan, implement and monitor initiatives that will see them achieve greater gender equality within their organizations.
  • Provide high quality support to ensure partner companies remain focused and enthusiastic and maintain momentum towards gender equality goals
  • Develop and deliver training initiatives to help companies create and foster a gender inclusive workforce.
  • Act as an organizational change and human resources advisor available to member companies to help them develop inclusive policies and practices.
Work closely with member companies to:
  • Assess workplace gender equality levels in member companies using best practice diagnostic and assessment tools.
  • Develop recommendation for organizational improvement programs, based on the result of the diagnostic assessments.
  • Advise on and support the implementation of strategies, actions, policies and practices that will lead to improved gender equality within the workplace.
  • Monitor and evaluate progress towards gender equality goals using the organization’s gender equality action plan and follow-up assessments (in consultation with the IBCWE knowledge expert and member working group)
  • Collect organizational data to inform key stakeholders and build the business case for gender equality within Indonesia’s private sector
  • Provide trainings related to workplace gender equality to member companies
  • Support and motivate member companies to ensure they remain engaged and committed to working towards best practice in workplace gender equality.
Internally:
  • Design and develop the workplan and strategy for this workstream, in accordance with IBCWE’s business plan and objectives (in consultation with the Executive Director)
  • Ensure IBCWE and member companies have the most up-to-date information on workplace gender equality and lead knowledge sharing of best practice based on the result of program activities and relevant seminars, workshops and learnings.
  • Create support for the chosen approach (objectives, planning etc), update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution, involve stakeholders in decision making and build and maintain a network of relevant stakeholders.
The Successful Candidate:
You will be a strong manager, have excellent business acumen and the ability to implement business strategies. You will also be aligned with IBCWE’s values and mission, have an interest in gender equality and social inclusion and will enthusiastically promote IBCWE’s vision.

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), majoring in HR management and/or organizational development
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational management, operations and human resources
  • Have the experience in consultancy work for corporation
  • Have the experience in managing assessment tools such as ISO.
  • Experience in change management, inclusion and diversity is preferable
  • Have networks across the private sector, civil society and government in Indonesia
  • Understanding of Indonesian business law would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
Terms of offer

This is a NATIONAL POSITION and will be for an initial period of 1 (one) year, renewable with subject to assessment of performance, continued relevance of the position and availability of resources.
