Community Engagement & Sponsorship Plan Specialist
Major Roles:
Responsible to support the overall Wahana Visi Indonesia ministry through Community Engagement and Sponsorship Plan that is aligned with Wahana Visi Indonesia Strategic Objectives as well as existing policies and standards especially in account management and operation throughout AP’s cycle & DPA particularly in assessment, design and evaluation phase. This is pursued by ensuring NO/ region/ cluster/ AP has the capacity for assessment with the inclusion of all critical sponsorship aspects, designs that promote sponsorship integration and evaluation through AP’s cycle and DPA; and enhancing the quality of process aligned with Sponsorship Transformation Program that brings about benefits to children and improve community participation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Social, Management or other related subjects
- 2 years experience in monitoring, evaluation or program implementation
- Good knowledge and experience in child protection and child participation
- Robust skill in facilitating training
- Solid understanding of sponsorship standards and policy.
- Fluent in English (min TOEFL score: 500)
- Ability to effectively communicate with different levels in the organization (verbally and in writing)
Major Roles:
This position is contributed to the implementation of effective and accountable financial and control systems. S/he will manage accounting systems (Subsystem) include SA database to do daily journal transaction and General Ledger (GL) transaction across Global Centre (GC), and Procure to Pay system (ProVision – using Coupa system) as finance reviewer and point person of the system, in order to provide quality accounting services according to WVI’s Finance Manual.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- Good understanding about PSAK/IFRS
- At least 1- 3 years experience in accounting/finance.
- Having good computer proficiency (sun systems, ms office, PowerPoint, concur, couple) is a plus
- Basic accounting & finance skills, excellent in ms. Excel, good English skills (both written & oral)
