To capture the dynamic interaction between the rise of social intolerance and access to public services, MADANI is issuing a request for proposal for a high-quality programmatic study to be carried out by an Indonesian research institute.Issue Date: Monday, April 20, 2020

The proposed study will provide an initial framework to understand how intolerance manifests itself at the subnational level in Indonesia, its consequences for service delivery to the citizen in general, and provide insights on how local civil society can counter these tendencies. This should be linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the Government of Indonesia’s RPJMN.
Applications must be submitted using the Technical Application. Applicants should submit the Technical Application and budget to Procurement-Madani@fhi360.org by 18.00 pm (Jakarta time) on May 15, 2020. In the submission email, reference the “Intolerance Study” in the subject line.
