Application Management Analyst (Database)
The Application Management Analyst (Database) ensures the application databases are providing the required service level. This includes liaison with internal and external service providers, taking over databases for operations, break-fix of issues and performing low to medium complexity database administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in programming/systems, computer science, information systems, or mathematics, specialized training, certification or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems
- Requires 1–3 years of database administration experience
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English
The Application Management Analyst (Application) ensures the applications are providing the required service level. This includes liaison with internal and external service providers, taking over the application for operations, break-fix of issues and performing low to medium complexity application development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree programming/Systems, Computer Science or another related field, specialized training or certification. Or equivalent work experience.
- Requires working knowledge in one or more programming languages, mobile or web
- Typically requires 0 – 3 years of programming experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English
The Business Analyst ensures business requirements are translated to IT functional requirements used in providing IT solutions from Global IT organization, Commercial-off-the shelf/Cloud applications,3rd party/Internal custom-developed Applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Requires working knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes
- Typically requires 3-5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
The Digital Workplace Analyst ensures the end-user computing environment is providing the required service levels. This includes End users Training, Software and Hardware Management, break-fix of PC issues and implementing low to medium complexity projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of complex hardware and software products and problem-solving / diagnostic skills.
- Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant technical and business work experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English.
The Enterprise IT Lead ensures multiple IT Solutions and Services are providing required service levels. The key responsibilities include multiple Business Unit Partnering, Architecture & Integration, Project Coordination, Vendor Management, and Quality Management. This position leads 2-3 Individuals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Requires experience in supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
- Typically has at least 8 to 12 years of relevant IT and business work experience.
- Requires demonstrated ability to launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget
- Requires demonstrated ability to negotiate, advocate and provide consultation
- Requires high-level knowledge on Servers, Storage, Back-up, Network, PCs
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English
- Preferred ITIL Foundations Trained or Certified
The IT Senior Manager ensures IT Solutions and Services are providing required service levels to the National Office. The key responsibilities include IT Team Leadership, Organization Strategy Alignment, multiple Business Unit Partnering and IT Security Management. This position directly supervises 2 Team Leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Requires experience in supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels
- Typically has 10 to 15 years of relevant IT and business work experience.
- Requires demonstrated ability to launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget.
- Requires demonstrated ability to negotiate, advocate and provide consultation
- Requires exposure on Deployment, Infrastructure &Platform, and Application Management
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
- Effective in written and verbal communication in English
- Preferred ITIL Foundations Trained or Certified
