Our programs are developed with the intention of integrating the provision of assistive devices within government healthcare. To achieve this goal, UCP/RUK is engaged in clinical capacity development, policy advocacy, empowerment programs, community awareness and concentrated collaboration with various levels of government.UCP/RUK is currently recruiting the following position:
JOB TITLE: Accountant
REPORTS TO: Finance Operations Manager
Location: This position is based in Yogyakarta
JOB SUMMARY
The Accountant is responsible to oversee accounting, record keeping, provide strategic advice to ensure the optimization of budgets and expenditure, and contributes to the overall performance by ensuring that all disbursements and receipts are processed correctly and reported on time.
Responsibilities
- Manage transaction and documentation, including taxes
- Manage transaction data input into quickbooks
- Draft monthly/yearly closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Tax reporting
- Budget reporting
- Custody and filing
- Others
- Indonesian citizen;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
- At least 5 years in related field is required.
- Work experience in an international donor-funded project is an advantage
- Knowledge of Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel;
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Knowledge of Indonesia taxes including e-SPT is a must
- Knowledge of inventory process will be an advantage
- Attention to details;
- Good oral and written communication;
- Ability to work with deadlines and multi donors
