Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position to be based in Ende - East Nusa Tenggara: Finance Cluster Coordinator
Major Roles:
Provide management and coordination for Accounting process in cluster (AP) office, including transaction booking in disbursement, deposits, closing entry adjustment using Sun 6, and maintain a very good internal control environment around the process according to FFM and in-country accounting procedures and guidelines. And also Finance Process in cluster (AP) office, in terms of cash management (incoming & disbursing) report and analysis, fixed asset management, & budget management (ensure effective and accurate allocation of fund). Supporting Finance Manager Zone in preparation and coordination of monthly closing & year-end closing process in making sure all processes are in line with Global finance guidelines and its timeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Management
- At least 5-year experiences working in accounting, financial management & administration works
- Achieving quality results & service
- Thinking clearly, deeply & broadly.
