What we are looking for
We are looking for consultant for Partners based Approach Operational Development. The consultant is to complete a few tasks as follow:
  • To work with Oxfam and co-develop methodology on Partner-based Approach operational in Oxfam in Indonesia, incorporating seven tools that Oxfam in Indonesia has in partner assessment.
  • To assess current and potential partners of Oxfam in Indonesia (approximately 50 organisations) using the methodology and tools finalised together with Oxfam in Indonesia. Assessment should be done through interview, sampling of organisations policies, and it can be collected using digital platform.
  • To provide capacity development plan recommendations for each organisations being assessed.
  • To synthesise and develop a 10-pager document in the feasibility of Partner-based Approach in Indonesia, looking at the data collected in the assessment process.
Qualification
  • Organisation or team (consist of individuals) can apply for this.
  • Will have a team that consist of business administration expertise and partnership, particularly an understanding in: a. Good governance and business administration in finance, human resources, and logistic, b. Safeguarding, c. Code of conduct in humanitarian and development sector and d. Program management – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framewor.
  • Understand the complexity of humanitarian and development work in Indonesia.
  • Understand the dynamic in civic space in Indonesia.
  • Good strong portfolio and experience in social research, preferable with Master’s background on Organisational Sociology, Business Administration and Social/Political Sciences.
