The Role
We are looking for Administrative Supports (Roster) for various functions in our organizations as and when needed.

What we are looking for
Some criteria might be our considerations but we are open to anyone who is willing to learn and grow with us:
  • Minimum High School graduate;
  • Computer literate;
  • Have a good English communication skill both oral and written;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Communicative;
  • Have a good coordination skill;
  • Reliable organizing skill.
Responsibility
  • Working with Ms. Office to support the administrative function of the respective assigned team;
  • Coordinating with the other team in organizing work/event;
  • Working with the assigned team to make sure compliance of the work is met as per Oxfam standard;
  • Development task might be assigned as needed for a chance to grow.
