Australia - Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 Job Vacancy: Finance Officer, Jakarta

Join Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2) as a Finance Officer and play an integral role to provide effective and efficient financial support to AIPJ2 Operation Team

This role is to assist the Senior Finance Officer on day-to-day financial activities and tasks.

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive Finance Officer with the right combination of talent, energy, and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:
  • A diploma’s degree or equivalent in accounting.
  • A minimum of 4 years working experience. Several years’ experience in DFAT (or another major aid donor) financial reporting would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage risk.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (preferably MYOB) as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Understanding of Indonesian tax laws and reporting (desirable).
A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate in line with local Indonesian labor laws.
