Sponsor Relations and Product Enhancement Officer
Major Roles: This position is responsible to support the overall Wahana Visi Indonesia ministry through Sponsorship Operation Service particularly in bridging communication between sponsors through SO and GC with children, family and community through AP to bring transformation for all parties involved in the process. This position is responsible to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of communication mechanism and process both in NO and Area Program, building the capacity of AP team and developing guidelines that contribute to the achievement of WV Indonesia Strategy Mandate Priority in respect to existing policies and standards.
Location: South Tangerang
Qualifications:
Major Roles: The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Cluster Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing the cluster AP monitoring, evaluation and learning plan that contributes to the achievement of AP Program goals. The MEL Cluster Coordinator will also ensure all monitoring and evaluation are in alignment with relevant strategies (e.g. national, sectoral, disaster preparedness plan, etc.), policies (e.g. ministry policies, child sponsorship, DME management policy, etc.) and standards (e.g. IPM, LEAP, sponsorship standard, sponsorship programming guidelines, financial, etc ) Responsible for planning and implementing the Cluster Area Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning plan that contributes to the achievement of Area Program goals.
Location: Sekadau - West Kalimantan

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any subjects.
- At least 2year ofwork experience, experience in child sponsorship program or development work is an advantage
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal.
- Ability to do detail work independently and under pressure.
- Solid understanding of sponsorship & safeguarding standard and policy.
- Fluent in English (TOEFL: 500) and computer literacy (word, excel, access, power point, etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree majoring social development, statistics or any other relevant field.
- Min. 2 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning work, experience in conducting survey, analyze and survey report is an advantage.
- Proven track record in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
- Good basic statistic knowledge.
