The consultant will work closely with the Peduli TAF team and partners (EOs) to engage youth and community to be a part of Generasi PINTAR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and formulate strategies for youth and community’s engagement (Generasi PINTAR)
- Supervise and strengthen capacity of Program Peduli partners on how to engage youth and communities, how to conduct engaging and interactive events that appealing for youth
- Outreach to other youth-based organization and movements and connecting Generasi PINTAR to other bigger movements
- Provide advisory services for Generasi PINTAR activities, including bootcamp and youth initiatives
- Contributing to social inclusion discourse in Generasi PINTAR communication platform such as Whatsapp or Line group chat
- Prepare Generasi PINTAR readiness for transition of Program Peduli social media accounts and communication assets
- Produce progress reports related to Generasi PINTAR
- University degree or work experience equivalent in development, social sciences, psychology, or other similar fields.
- More than 3 years’ experience in community and youth engagement.
- Experience working in development sector or a non-profit organization.
- Experience and knowledge of social inclusion and governance in Indonesia.
- Proven capacity to organize events that appealing for youth.
- Proven capacity to provide technical assistance and capacity building for non-government organizations and mentoring youth communities.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding the sensitivity of issues related to the marginalized groups.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, take initiative, and able to adapt with a fast-paced organization culture.
