- Managing the project implementations respect of timeline and budget;
- Engaging stakeholders: civil society organizations context and identify relevant civil society organizations such as NGO’s, civil society actors, experts, communities and panelist… identify capacity building of CSOs);
- Developing new projects (TORs) and link with other teams;
- Handling the due diligence and feedback from panelist and building the panelist database;
- Follow-up of deep monitoring projects details and feedback to Civil society organization;
- Engage actors around the signals;
- Working with GIS team to make maps and other technological support;
- Any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the level of this post as required by the Kumacaya
Requirements – Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in relationship with CSO’s and community groups;
- Interest in sustainability topics and personal alignment with EF values;
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
- Attentive to details, Self-starter, Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team;
- Adaptability to any environment;
- Competency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
- Minimum 10 years’ experience;
- Immediate or early availability.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia;
- Fluent in English.
- Office based : Jakarta;
- Occasional field visits as determined by program needs.
- 1-year contract;
- Start Mid-March 2020;
- Indonesian citizenship required.
