Responsibilities and Scope
  • Managing the project implementations respect of timeline and budget;
  • Engaging stakeholders: civil society organizations context and identify relevant civil society organizations such as NGO’s, civil society actors, experts, communities and panelist… identify capacity building of CSOs);
  • Developing new projects (TORs) and link with other teams;
  • Handling the due diligence and feedback from panelist and building the panelist database;
  • Follow-up of deep monitoring projects details and feedback to Civil society organization;
  • Engage actors around the signals;
  • Working with GIS team to make maps and other technological support;
  • Any other tasks and responsibilities appropriate to the level of this post as required by the Kumacaya
Programme Manager.
Requirements – Candidate Profile Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in relationship with CSO’s and community groups;
  • Interest in sustainability topics and personal alignment with EF values;
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Attentive to details, Self-starter, Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team;
  • Adaptability to any environment;
  • Competency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience;
  • Immediate or early availability.
Language skills:
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia;
  • Fluent in English.
Working conditions / Physical effort:
  • Office based : Jakarta;
  • Occasional field visits as determined by program needs.
Other information:
  • 1-year contract;
  • Start Mid-March 2020;
  • Indonesian citizenship required.
