About IBL
Indonesia Business Links (IBL) is a not-for-profit organization, establish in response to the Indonesian economic crisis 1998. The organization aims to contribute towards the creation of sound and ethical business practices in the country.
One of IBL missions is to build the capacity of business stakeholders on doing ethical and responsible business practices in Indonesia.. Since the last 5 years ago, IBL has been focusing on building the capacity of our youth since they will be our future leaders in business or other sectors. Programs and activities have been developed to prepare and empower youth for work, as employees (employability initiative) as well as business owners (entrepreneurship initiative).
Through entrepreneurship and employability program, IBL contributes to strenghten the capacity of target beneficiaries in developing their businesses or to enhance their opportunity to be accepted by companies or other job provider. Several key activities are: softskill training, technical skill training, job counseling, basic business development training, mentoring, and other relevant activities.
IBL is currently implementing youth empowerment program with focus area is in Indramayu District, West Java. The program is started in April 2019 and will be ended in March 2020. This program will give benefit to selected target beneficiries at the age of 15 to 29 years old. We are currently seeking the best candidate to fill the position of Finance and Administration Officer to support the program implementation.
Job Purpose
To support the delivery and implementation of youth empowerment program under the supervision of a Program Manager.
Key Responsibility:
Finance and Admin Officer will provide financial and administrative support to program team and support in managing the project including maintain relation with partners related to the implementation of youth empowerment program in the field in coordination with Project Manager and other tasks required to support the project.

- Good organizational skills
- Effective administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills with a range of people from diverse backgrounds
- Computer literacy; familiar working with MS Office, internet.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to build on and develop the job, combined with the ability to work as part of the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence partners both inside and outside of IBL.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, to meet the deadline, work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Good in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours and to travel frequently within country.

- Minimum D3 in the field relevant to administrative, preferably from a reputable university.
- At least 1 year working experience on social/community development.
Dimension of Work:
- Financial and Administrative support in project implementation:
- Supporting program team to proceed the financial and administrative needs such as advance request, clearance on any advance/reimbursement request proposed.
- Record datas, maintain records/management information systems, filling systems into a centralized database accessible to all.
- Prepare the contracts of consultant/third party
- Prepare the purchasing documents
- Preparing the event such as venue/package, tools and forms and other needs.
- Collect and compile information related to administrative and financial
- Compile and summarize periodic project report particularly for administrative and financial report
- Taking the note of the meeting if required
- Supervising all budget items in accordance with IBL and donor requirement/standard/procedures.
- Others administrative task in coordination with Project Manager and other team member.
- Support in managing the project:
- Dealing with routine project related to communications including maintain relation with vendors, IBL associates and other partners as required
- Information dissemination as required
- Providing inputs for project implementation and achievement, and collecting documents to support the program visibility such as pictures, stories, and others.
- Attending the meeting or capacity building as required .
