Compassion Indonesia Foundation, an International Christian Ministry for Children Development, is seeking for highly motivate staff for the position Senior Human Resources Business Partners (Sr. HRBP) for Bandung Office.General Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years professional experience working as a human resources generalist, business partner, or similar field. May require knowledge of employment regulations in multiple countries
- Licenses and Certifications; Senior Professional In Human Resources certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa both verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office for operational management.
- Able to travel both inside and outside the country.
This senior partner leads, designs, implements, and advises on complex human resource programs and policies, including performance management, discipline, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and employee relations. At this career level, the incumbent leads major, complex human resource projects and initiatives for multiple countries. Further, she or he often coaches and oversees the work of other partners and related staff.
