WWF Indonesia Job Vacancy: Geospatial & Database Specialist, West Kutai - Mahakam Landscape Manager

WWF-Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of Geospatial & Database Specialist. This position will be based in Kutai Barat and report to Mahakam Landscape Manager.

The job holder will be developing policy-based research, and provide models and/or conservation expertise for Mahakam Landscape projects/programs, in each field of expertise and in accordance with WWF Indonesia's conservation strategy, in order to provide operational contributions specifically to geospatial data and databases towards the realization of project objectives for Mahakam Landscape program for nature conservation.

Requirements for this position are:

• At least hold Bachelor Degree (S1) or above with Geography, Remote Sensing, Forestry or related major
• Have 2 -3 years of experience in the work-related as Geospatial or GIS in forestry and/or conservation sectors
• Proficient operating QGIS, ArcGIS (desktop and server), and knowledge of Spatial Analysis.
