Call for National Experts on Sanitation Project

To
anticipate upcoming sanitation water resources projects in Indonesia,
CDM Smith is seeking qualified national experts on sanitation sector
with expected scope of service and required qualification as follows:
Water Resources Engineer
Requirements:
- 10 years relevant experience, including “integrated water resources planning”
- Experience working with PDAMs a plus.
- Experience with a variety of modeling packages, analytical methods, decision support tools for water resources planning
- At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in water resources engineering or other relevant degree
- Ensuring an effective capture and transfer of knowledge, abilities and expertise from the Consultant to the targeted clients and relevant government officials
- Strongly motivated and adequate qualifications in order to be able to work with the Consultant.
- Ensure that knowledge transfer can be completely delivered, workshop/training will be designed to be held for DKI and PD PAL Jaya staff directly involved with sewerage development
- 15 years relevant experience
- At least Master-level education
- Experience working with DFAT's project is preferred
Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for infrastructure particularly on sanitation sector. The ME Framework should include key evaluation questions (KEQ) and Key Monitoring Questions (KMQs), key performance indicators, and few other aspects of good ME framework.
- Collect data that may required for DFAT reporting purposes.
- Responsible for a day to day ME implementation and communicate accordingly with donor representatives to ensure ME framework fits with donor required
Requirement:
- 10 years relevant experience
- At least Masters-level education
- Experience working with DFAT’s project is preferred
