- Bachelor Degree in International Development, Social Works or other relevant subjects
- Min 3 years work experience in humanitarian works
- Demonstrate strong experience in project management and proposal writing
- Competent in logframe design and project design
- Excellent in English, both in written and verbal (min. TOEFL score 550).
- Placement at Palu.
Cash Based Specialist
Major Roles: Develop, plan and implement Cash and Market Based Programming in emergency context Location: Central Sulawesi
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Degree in Disaster management, Finance / Accounting / Payments, International Development, Social Works, Management, or relevant degree
- At least 3 years experience working in in cash-based programming
- Deep understanding in humanitarian Field especially in emergency response
