PRIVATE SECTOR PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR

You will need to review, improve, enhance and strengthen the implementation of the strategy on partnerships with business community and civil society.

The role
Join MAHKOTA (Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society) in Jakarta to play an integral role in enhancing and strengthening the implementation of the strategy on partnerships with business community and civil society. The position will strengthen the implementation of the strategy in the advance phases, including the expansion of the pre-pilot and pilot initiatives. The Coordinator should also develop strategy to ensure the models are adopted or replicated by TNP2K’s key government stakeholders.

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive Private Sector Partnership Coordinator with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical excellence. You will also have:

  • Possess a relevant Master degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or other relevant subjects
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for advocacy, promotion, and public campaign
  • Extensive experience in working with government agencies at national and local level, especially in dealing with senior management level
  • Extensive experience in facilitating coordination among multi stakeholders, including government agencies, business community, civil society, the media, and academicians
  • Relevant experience in dealing with business community, including State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and Private Sectors (National and Multinational)
  • Sound knowledge and understanding in corporates’ social responsibility in Indonesia
  • Strong writing and presentation skills in English and Indonesian Languages.
  • Strong knowledge in Poverty Reduction program and its related issues
  • Strong capability in developing design concepts of communication materials
  • More than 10 years of experiences and communications and public relation field; combined background from private and public sectors is preferred

Remuneration
A competitive salary package will be offered to the preferred candidate in line with local Indonesian labour laws.
