WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position
of Organization Development Specialist. This position will
be based in Jakarta and report to Organization and People Development
Manager.
The job holder will be providing support of Organization
Development Department especially in process data of the organization, conduct
and processing of results of research-based behavior, deliver results analysis,
recommendations of intervention for organization development based on
scientific data, including all administrative needs and conditions are met
effectively and efficiently within specific period; in accordance with the
policies and procedures that apply in the WWF Indonesia.
Requirements for this Position are:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in the fields of Psychology, Math, Statistic, Information Technology, Management, and other related
- 0-4 years work experience as data analyst or HR field
