The role
Join MAHKOTA (Towards a Strong and Prosperous Indonesian Society) to play an
integral role to oversee the day to day basis field operations and management
of the MAHKOTA social protection program, Bangga Papua. Based in Jayapura,
Papua, this role is required to work closely with the government on day to day
management of the program at the province and district levels, assist BANGGA
Papua with payment delivery systems and processes, and coordinate technical
inputs.

About you
You will be an experienced, motivated and proactive Program Operations Manager
with the right combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technical
excellence and program functioning. You will also have strong operations and
facilitation skills, as well as the ability to work with different levels
within government and with stakeholder groups and partners.
