Main Responsibilities:
- Provide programme planning and manage the team
- Coordinate and delegate work with employees/collaborators and ensure they reach their goals
- Decide and put forward ideas and projects to the Director and communicate them with the team
- Reviews the team and project goals and reports back to the Director through reports and scheduled meetings
- Develop and maintain constructive and good working relationships with key stakeholders including: disability community leaders, educators, employers, supporters, government officials, non-profit leaders, and donors to further the mission of DNetwork
- Identify and develop new ideas and improve on established ones to help shape the future of DNetwork
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation and impact of the project
- Be able to represent DNetwork in donor, government, partner and community relations and regional events
- Oversee DNetwork’s public brand and presence, including online and social media campaigns, multi-level marketing, earned media, and membership base
- Develop, write, and produce reports. Able to write summaries in English and Bahasa Indonesia for public distribution
- Recruit, interview and select staff and/or volunteers with appropriate skills for the project activities. To be done in consultation with the Director.

- Indonesian Nationality with University Degree in a related area
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role preferably with background of the non-profit sector
- Worked in the disability sector a plus
- Must have good managerial skills and leadership
- Clear communicator both verbally and written
- Presentable and dynamic personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Computer literate (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa, good reporting writing and communication skills is required
- Based at the Annika Linden Centre, Tohpati, Denpasar, Bali
