RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical expertise to program staff, subcontractors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop CVE capacity of local organizations to implement pilot activities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of CVE interventions, in collaboration with the COP and USAID.
- Lead and manage assessments and research, as needed, to inform ongoing CVE program design.
- Liaise with government counterparts and other key institutions.
- Identify, build and manage collaborative partnerships with consortium partners, sub-grantees, donors, local governments and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to ensure overall project targets and donor obligations are met.
- 10 years relevant professional experience, or 7 years if applicant holds a Master degree.
- Knowledge of the current social-political and economic situation in Indonesia.
- Experience in project implementation in areas of P-VE/C-VE, deradicalization, social cohesion, community resilience, reintegration, civic education, etc.
- Previous experience of working in Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with many types of stakeholders, including USAID, officials from various levels of government, civil society, and others.
- Proven planning, assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent English language written and oral skills.
- Previous experience working with USAID-funded projects.
- Fluency in Indonesian language.
