The ENVISION Project managed by RTI International is seeking highly qualified Indonesian candidates for the position of:
Finance and Operations Manager to be responsible for providing financial, administrative and operations oversight and support for a USAID-funded project focusing on eliminating several Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health. This includes managing a staff of four professionals and ensuring that all project operations (financial management, accounting, payroll, procurement, contracting, grants management, and human resources) are of the highest quality and in full compliance with RTI policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree in a relevant field, with 10-15 years working experience in project finance and administration. Proven experience in working collaboratively with Indonesian government units at all levels as well as local NGOs is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate an ability to successfully work within a team, have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple, high pressure activities. The candidate must also be fluent in English and have strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse professional and social backgrounds with a service oriented attitude. Domestic travel may be required occasionally.
