Borneo Nature Foundation is looking for an admnistration staff to looking after all the administrative affairs in BNF office and project houses, distributing information within the office, answering phone calls, taking memos, maintaining files and documentation, sending and receiving correspondence, booking and shopping when requested, as well as greeting visitors. This role will support the Administrative Officer and the HRD role and work under his/her supervision.
Main Duty and responsibilities:
Organise and manage BNF Administration affairs – including office communications, records, facilities & systems, supplies, logistical arrangements.
On day-to-day affairs: HRD
Term of the contract:
One year (extendable upon agreement by both parties)

Main Duty and responsibilities:
Organise and manage BNF Administration affairs – including office communications, records, facilities & systems, supplies, logistical arrangements.
- Ensure legal and regulatory obligations are met: registration, licenses, permits for staff and visitors.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and logistical support for all staff as necessary
- Assist staff in photocopying, printing and binding reports and other publications
- Assist staff in distribution of documents and mail-outs; organize, manage and maintain mailing list
- Manage office communications : telephone, mail, deliveries
- Organize and manage all hard copy and electronic filing systems, correspondence and documents.
- Manage office facilities and systems: furniture, equipment, supplies.
- Buying mobile phone credit for staff every month.
- Maintenance of offices and project houses such as coordinating repairs with builder and landlord.
- Organise service providers such as internet, electricity, phone, AC and deal with any issues.
- Shopping for: project and office supplies, special requests for programme activities such as expedition, supplies for volunteers.
- Other duties as required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration
- Excellent computer skills – word processing, internet
- University degree in a relevant subject
- Good language skills (verbal and written communication) – Bahasa Indonesia, English and Dayak preferable
- Prior work experience in multi-cultural setting
- Good team-work skills
