WWF Indonesia Job Vacancy: GIS Officer - Jayapura, Papua

WWF-Indonesia, an independent national conservation organization, is part of a global network of WWF. WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of GIS Officer Papua.

This position will be based in Jayapura and report to Spatial Plan Coordinator Papua Program. The job holder will be responsible to contribute in spatial data management for priority landscape. It includes planning activities, managing basic data, managing and processing coordinates of survey data, updating basic and thematic data, and implementing other related activities to mapping and spatial measurements.

Requirements for This Position are:
  • Bachelor degree from Geography, Forestry, Regional and Spatial Planning
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mapping and conservation. Having certification in Biodiversity Survey Technique and Mapping Technique is preferable.
