Requirements:
- Holds minimum a Bachelor Degree in journalism, communications, marketing and other related fields.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing).
- Highly dynamic, responsible and full of initiative.
- Hard worker with good interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to implement the strategic communication plan and branding concepts of CIPS.
- Experienced in writing entertaining and informative content for websites, social media and other platforms.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to supervise and monitor content creation and quality assurance checks for all CIPS products.
- Ability to prioritize task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- As member of the External Relations Department, the Communication Manager holds a leadership position responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans and branding goals of CIPS.
Managing Digital Platforms and Content Production:
- Overseeing and managing content creation processes including technical development and quality assurance to ensure marketing materials are catered to the right audience.
- Develops and maintains CIPS digital assets and marketing materials, including web articles, newsletters, email marketing, imagery and videos.
- Oversees and maintains relationships with external content producers and vendors, taking full responsibility for the commissioning, editing and delivery of all outsourced content.
- Creates of entertaining and informative video concepts that clearly communicates CIPS messages.
- Creates and maintains a content and editorial calendar to reach annual communications targets and ensure regular placement of content on digital platforms throughout the year.
- Manage the publication and promotion of CIPS materials, including design and printing.
- Writes entertaining and informative search engine optimised content for all CIPS websites and social media platforms at a frequency determined by the strategic communication plans and calendar.
- Writes CIPS newsletters in English and Indonesian and ensures the achievement of CIPS targets regarding the number of recipients, opens and clicks.
- Composing and editing of CIPS brochures, reports and other marketing matertial for internal and external use.
- Assisting the Head of External Relations with ad-hoc copywriting.
- Working alongside the social media officer to create copy and content ideas for different social media channels.
- Monitors and analyses results from Google Analytics and Google AdWords to assess effectiveness of strategic outreach to CIPS target audiences and using results to inform future communications efforts.
- Conducts regular SEO maintenance and development.
- Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites.
- Networks and keeps up with communications and creative industry circles.
