Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik, partner of Save the Children in Indonesia is changing for the better. We've begun to build a national organisation that aims to be a strong, local, and self-sustaining voice for children in Indonesia. To this end, SC Indonesia has been designated as a “Prospect Member”. As ‘Prospect Member’ Indonesia has been identified as part of the next way of new member development, which focuses on strengthening and localizing our voice for children in strategic middle income countries. Indonesia has been authorised by member ballot to start fundraising locally as a first step towards building a financially sustainable local organization. Future work will also involve developing a strong local governance structure and building key partnerships with local government, the private sector, local civil society among others. Success of the pilot phase will set the Indonesia on a pathway to full membership.
We are currently seeking to fill the following position:
CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR - Advocacy & Campaign
1 position, based in Jakarta

ROLE PURPOSE:
This is a demanding role that requires strong skills in campaigning for policy and political change, at both the planning and execution level. The postholder must be able to deliver consistently in a fast moving campaign environment and seize new opportunities, while also working effectively in a networked structure and managing diverse internal and external stakeholder relationships. Building our campaigning capacity in the country office will be an important dimension of this role.
He/She will play a key role in shaping the overall strategy of the organisation and driving forward new initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability.
The post holder will be responsible for global KPI as follows:
- Contribute to achievement of Operations delivery management indicators
- Contribute to achievement of Awards management indicators
- Contribute to achievement of Risk and financial management indicators
- Contribute to achievement of Global Management Indicators
