Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution that represents the Government of Indonesia to implement a five-year (2013-2018) Millennium Challenge Corporation's Compact Program, a major pillar of the United States-Indonesia Comprehensive Partnership and the largest single pledge made by the United States to Indonesia to date.
MCA-Indonesia has three projects under Compact Program: Green Prosperity, Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting and Procurement Modernization. Our projects are designed, managed and implemented by Indonesians, for the Indonesian people. Our most important development work happens where it should be: the districts and the villages.

To reach the goal, MCA-Indonesia is seeking highly dynamic and deliverable-oriented professionals for a better Indonesia:
COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
Reporting to the Risk & Audit Associate Director, the Compliance Specialist is responsible for the organization-wide coordination and administration of compliance related activities. These activities include research procedures, coordinating contracting functions, researching and implementing regulatory requirements, implementing and maintaining privacy and security initiatives, and ensuring the compliance with MCA-Indonesia and MCC policies and procedures. This job demands the highest level of confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Risk Management
  • Support the Audit and Risk Associate Director in providing an independent and objective assurance to the Executive Director, with the principal aims of evaluating, improving and ensuring the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes, and compliance with applicable MCC policies as well as MCA-Indonesia policies.
  • Assist in reviewing the MCA-Indonesia Program to ascertain whether results are consistent with established goals and objectives and whether the Compact projects are being carried out as planned.
  • Support the Audit and Risk Associate Director in conducting periodic risk assessment and ensure that each risk area is identified and appropriately addressed. In coordination with the Anti-Fraud and Corruption (AFC) team, conduct investigations into fraud and malpractices should they occur, prepare formal reports to the Management Committee and make recommendations to prevent future recurrence.
