Job Responsibilities
- Perform Scanning using the scanner from the marked location/region of the document as per the specifications provided in the specified file formats
- Crop the image using standard tools as appropriate
- Carefully read and understand the source data for entry from the source paper files, documents; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data
- Records data by operating data entry using the application system and resolving processing problems
- Records and enters the data accurately (without errors) as per the business requirement as trained by customer
- Logs the details of errors / messages encountered during data entry
- Protects paper files, the information and files in the batches
- Report any administrative issues, service delivery issues and daily progress status to the Data Entry Lead and to the Project Manager
- Accomplishes the project goal and mission by completing the targeted assigned batch of files with good speed and ensuring quality of data (error free entry) related results as needed
