Palladium - INOVASI Project Job Vacancies: Operations and Services Manager, Jakarta - Indonesian

INOVASI is an ambitious four-year (with the possibility of an extension for another four), AUD 49-million program. It will collaborate closely with the GOI at the district, provincial and national level to develop and implement action-oriented research and pilots to answer the broad question: What works to improve student learning outcomes in Indonesia?? It will focus on three sub-topics of investigation: the quality of teaching in the classroom, the quality of support for teachers, and learning for all.

INOVASI is managed by Palladium on behalf of DFAT, and formally started on 18 January 2016.

Purpose of the Position: The Sub-national Operations and Services Manager is responsible to oversee operations of sub-national offices, supervise operational and compliance aspects of sub-contractors deliverables, and manage the operational arrangements of INOVASI events.The Manager will be the focal point for coordination with Provincial Coordinators in relation to provincial operational aspects, and will liaise closely with INOVASI Managers in relation to event organization and operational oversight of subcontractors. The position will also support the Head of Operations in coordinating with team members to track the budget and provide budget forecasts.
