SUMMARY
Seefar is seeking a talented bi-lingual Bahasa and English speaking Project Manager in Indonesia. The position is full-time for an initial 18 months, with the possibility of extension. You will manage an awareness raising campaign targeting first-time Indonesian migrant domestic workers. You can be home-based in Indonesia and will be required to travel to project locations in Java.

Seefar is a leader in behavior change campaigns in the development sector. We have developed an innovative model of communications which is measurable and highly effective. We are looking for an exceptional and passionate candidate to be responsible for managing the implementation of a communications campaign in Indonesia targeting overseas domestic workers in Indramayu, Malang and Cirebon. In the role, you will be required to be outcome focused, proactive and organized at communicating, managing personnel and completing project administration for the project.
The ideal candidate would have at least four to five years of management experience, with exposure to awareness raising campaigns, strategic communications, migration or labor-related themes. Experience working with people from different cultures and countries is also valued. You will be highly capable in project management, organization, implementation and oversight. The Project Manager will work under the direction of the Head of Strategic Communications and will manage a team of local consultants.
This role will see you working with several field-based teams on the issue of low-skilled migration, social inclusion and modern slavery.

AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE
In order to succeed in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar project management role . Other qualifications and experience expected are:
- Exposure to awareness raising campaigns, migration or labor related themes.
- Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to build relations with local networks and stakeholders.
- A relevant undergraduate university degree as a minimum.
- Strong work ethics and a passion for improving conditions of undeserved populations.
