We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:

Finance Administrator (Jakarta)
Purpose of the Job
Collect, register, analyze and report financial, HR and/or project related data, as defined in administrative procedures, report formats and using the provided (IT) systems and databases and conform guidelines from the supervisor, in order to ensure complete administration and accurate insights (reports) for projects in WASH Sector, Climate Change and Renewable Energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, check, register and upload data and mutations into specific administrations and/or databases, conform administrative procedures and relevant regulation and guidelines of supervisors, identify and address any bottlenecks in processing
  • 2)    Review and check data within specific administration and correct mistakes and deficiencies conform administrative procedures, identify bottlenecks and address to supervisor
  • Document and archive relevant documentation, keep files complete and up to date and maintain quality and accessibility of archive and files, conform administrative procedures and filing procedures
  • Regularly consolidate data from the administration into reports and overviews and prepare management information to FO, HRO and / or management, using the provided formats and based on guidelines from the supervisor
  • Maintain project general ledger and maintain and reconcile bank accounts, prepare financial transactions and payments, liquidity applications, based on financial and accounting procedures and guidelines of the supervisor and authorization levels.
Candidate profile
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Administration/ Accounting function or similar with detailed knowledge of project contracts and project accounting.
  • Bachelor in accounting or management
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with donors and project team
  • Good negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and with the team.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Initiative and creative in solving problems.
  • Experience in one of major donor such as USAID, DFAT, DFID and EU is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Understanding of Indonesian taxation law will be an advantage
Field Coordinator (Surabaya)
Funded by DFAT (Governmental donor agency from Australia), SNV will implement AIP PRISMA for pig sector using M4P approach (Making Market work better for the poor) for East Nusa Tenggara, mainly in four districts. They are Kupang, Timor Tengah Selatan, Timor Tengah Utara and Belu. The objective of this project is to increase pig productivity through increasing access of quality feed and good rearing practice in partnership with feed companies.

In order to ensure project can be implemented in proper way and approach according to M4P and achieve the systemic change as the soul of all activities, SNV now is seeking highly qualified national candidates to fill in position of Field Coordinator reporting to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the field activities
    • Supervise and lead the field officers to coordinate the field activities including establishing demo farm, and good rearing practice with multi stakeholders including feed distributor/retailers, local government at district level and pig farmers
    • Lead the field officers to collect the data/evidence of implementation such as attendance list for training,  receipt for meals and sales report of our private partner at distributor/retailer level
    • involved in regular meeting with PRISMA team to update ISD (Intervention Steering Document), and semester review
  • Support to maintain relationship with private partner
    • regular meeting with private distributors to plan activities together with field officers
    • collect the sales/purchase information from distributors to understand its business growth
  • Support to maintain relationship with local government
    • Regular meeting with local government together with project manager to discuss annual plan
    • support RKT signing process if any
  • Report to PM on monthly, quarterly and semester basis
    • Support PM in field research to develop new intervention
    • Support SNV Work broader if required
Candidate profile
  • University Degree in agriculture or animal husbandry
  • Minimum 3 years in private sector or development program
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Punctual
  • Honest

  • Ability to work independently and with the team

Field Officers (4 positions, each based in Kupang, Timor Tengah Selatan, Timor Tengah Utara and Belu)
The positions reports to the Field Coordinator for the AIP PRISMA Pig Feed intervention.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day implementation at district level 
    • Coordinate the field activities including establishing demo farm, and good rearing practice with multi stakeholders including feed distributor/retailers, local government at district level and pig farmers
    • Collect the data/evidence of implementation such as attendance list for training,  receipt for meals and sales report of our private partner at distributor/retailer level
    • Prepare monthly report
Maintain relationship with local stakeholders including service providers and  government
  • Coordinate and communicate  with service providers to implement activities 
  • Inform the activity plan to local government 
  • Regular meeting on quarterly basis to discuss quarter report that has been provided by the project manager 
  • Support RKT process if any
Candidate profile
  • University Degree in agriculture or animal husbandry
  • Minimum 2 years in private sector or development program
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Punctual
  • Honest

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Surabaya)
The positions reports to the Project Manager for the AIP PRISMA Pig Feed intervention.

Responsibilities
  • To update Intervention Steering Document 
    • Support PM to develop draft ISD 
    • Join regular meeting with PRISMA to update ISD
  • Lead the baseline, midterm and impact assessment 
    • In closed coordination with Project Manager and MRM PRISMA design the research and its tools such as questionnaires, and sampling design for baseline and impact assessment 
    • Arrange the surveys for baseline and impact assessment including prepare ToR, recruit enumerators, train them on data collection 
    • Prepare the baseline and impact assessment report
  • Manage the evidence files 
    • Coordinate with Project Coordinator and Project Officer to collect the evidence files from the field
    • Filling the evidence files in line with donor requirement
  • Lead the FGD Gender
    • Conduct FGD for gender 
    • Prepare report for  FGDs gender
  • Support to prepare progress report 
    • Support PM in preparing monthly report, quarterly report, and semester report by providing evidence information
  • Support to maintain relationship with local government 
    • Support RKT process in East Nusa Tenggara Province and at district level  if needed
Candidate profile
  • Over 3 years “working knowledge” and experience in result measurement activities, preferable in private sector/market development projects in agriculture sector
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research and/or statistics.
  • Knowledge on the DCED standard is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Highly proficient in use of MS Excel/STATA/SPSS for analysis and data collection and analysis
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate between different teams to achieve objectives
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
