You will lead the operations for an innovative project providing health services to young people, including logistics, finance, partnerships and quality systems. As part of the Tulodo team, you will help ensure the program is effective and help grow its impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project operations according to the annual plan in a result-oriented and accountable manner.
  • Manage and represent the Yogyakarta office and provide technical assistance to staff, partners and consultants.
  • Develop and collect and analyse data from financial and activity reports.
  • Coordination with local partners, technical assistance organizations and stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of tools and procedures, including Service Delivery Standards and SOPs.
  • Selection and training of service providers according to project standards.
  • Set up Quality Assurance system and analyze service use and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee implementation of the marketing and capacity building activities.
  • Monitor project progress and produce annual and quarterly program reports.
Essential qualities:
  • Professionalism, flexibility and passion.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, management, public health, finance, human resources, or similar.
  • 5 years experience working in business, government, nonprofit, university or similar.
  • Strong track record in operations and finance, including SOPs, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in managing health or related projects, especially relating to young people
  • Strong skills in partnership building with nonprofit, government, business and other networks.
  • Excellent report writing and other communications skills
  • Professional fluency in Indonesian and English
  • Indonesian nationality
