As Marketing and Communications Officer for Tulodo’s latest project, you are the leader of the execution of an exciting program that will shape the future of youth health in Yogyakarta. You will take part in a complete marketing experience as you will support every dimension of the program’s journey: community building, partnership program, online and offline outreach as well as research and measurement. As part of the Tulodo team, you will help shape the voice of the program and help grow its impact.

Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of the marketing and communications plan.
- Manage agencies or contractors appointed to execute related tasks.
- Develop and manage outreach programs (including a partnership) with youth networks, NGOs and other stakeholders
- Develop messages and execution plan (including material production) for marketing and communications activities.
- Lead dynamic online presence, including live chat function, and manage social media assets, supported by Unala Volunteers.
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate data on program performance.
- Develop systems to monitor marketing and communications impact.
- Provide technical support to Operations Manager on Quality Assurance.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and passion.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing and communications, preferably related to health or young people.
- Understanding of issues related to health and young people in Indonesia.
- Excellent planning, organizational and facilitating skills including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to manage external agencies, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to communicate with stakeholders from a range of professional and civil society backgrounds) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, including report writing.
- Indonesian nationality.
