Job Description
Under the guidance of the Co-Directors and supervision of the Head of Operations, Program Manager is accountable for the general affairs that facilitate effective program management in PUSKAPA, which also includes grant and contract, human resources, and internal and external office communication management. 

Tasks
  1. Monitoring programs deliverables and ensuring timely submission of all required outputs and reports, developing and executing programs timetable, documenting all PUSKAPA’s activities, and maintaining linkages between programs at highest efficacy
  2. Facilitating program teams in implementation and delivery of PUSKAPA’s activities
  3. Reviewing activity TORs as well as personnel and activity budget attached to all PUSKAPA programs together with the Head of Operations and Finance Manager to ensure compliance of tasks, terms of payment, deliverables, etc.
  4. Providing main support to Co-Directors in managing relationships and collaboration with but not limited to the Universitas Indonesia, Columbia University and other universities, Government bodies, UN agencies, development partners, research and civil society organizations, and other partners
  5. Preparing, reviewing, and executing PUSKAPA’s internal and external agreements including grants, sub-awards, staff contracts, consultant contract, and vendor agreement
  6. Providing main support to Co-Directors in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing documents related to resource mobilization/fund raising efforts such as expressions of interest and donor proposals, and seeing through its submission in accordance to the requested standards and requirements
  7. Supporting Head of Operations in recruitment and contracting of staff, consultant, or vendor and ensuring and supervising PUSKAPA’s human resources-related requirements including but not limited to child protection training, research ethics training, PUSKAPA’s internal SOPs, and project management training
  8. Preparing, reviewing, and seeing through submission of ethical reviews for all PUSKAPA research activities, including facilitating research teams in completing requirements of but not
    limited to research designs, informed consents, non-disclosure agreements, completion and translation of tools, etc.
  9. Preparing PUSKAPA’s fortnightly monitoring sheet, annual performance report, and program-related reports such as inception reports, progress reports, and completion reports, and ensuring they are in line with financial report
  10. Managing the organizations of PUSKAPA’s Board of Advisors, child protection graduate students, practicum students, and visits from external partners
Qualifications
  • University’s degree in law, social sciences, management, administration, or other related disciplines. Any current or past relationship with Universitas Indonesia is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in development or humanitarian program planning and management at national level. International experience is an asset
  • Excellent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Research and analytical skills, both in quantitative and qualitative, are advantages
  • Good interpersonal, supervisory, and managerial skills
  • Good communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently including having computer skills, internet navigation, and various office applications
  • Ability to work in a team and in a diverse and multicultural environment
