Tetra Tech ARD is currently accepting expressions of interest for the
Procurement Officer, Jakarta based, on our USAID LESTARI project.
 USAID’s LESTARI project supports the Government of Indonesia to reduce 
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and conserve biodiversity in carbon rich 
and biologically significant forest and mangrove
 ecosystems.
Job
 Summary: S/he has role to manage the procurement process of goods and 
services in a transparent, effective and efficient manner in support of 
LESTARI operations. S/he will make sure that detailed systems and 
procedures for management
 of local subcontractors are running well; ensuring that all documents 
are in compliance with USAID regulations and Federal Acquisition 
Regulations (FAR) requirements. S/he also will responsible for detailed 
systems and procedures in management of procurement
 of goods and services such as Request for Quotations (RFQ) and bid 
analysis process. S/he will leads the operations team for conducting 
inventory check by physical counting of all commodities, and verifying 
that there name, tag number, location, and condition
 are on the master inventory list.
Requirements
 include previous experience in logistic, procurement, and/or similar 
position for an NGO or an international organization; familiarity with 
USAID procedures and regulations; and demonstrated ability to play 
collegial and
 leadership roles working on multi-disciplinary teams. University degree
 in related field required.
