Requirements and classification as below:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 7 years of work experience in the field of HIV / AIDS, especially community-based programs
- Have the ability of development strategies and annual work plans
- Provide technical assistance program to partners at national level and at the provincial/district/city
- Conduct periodic monitoring and evaluation to the provincial and district / city to implement of the program
- Create and analyze the achievements of the program on a regular basis
- Facilitate and find solutions to problems or challenges of program implementation at national and local level
- Coordinate and collaborate both internally and with partners at national and local level
- Independent, objective, analytical, accurate, communicative and sociable
- Can speak English and Indonesian properly, could operate the computer (MS Office)
- Attended training on Behavior Change Communications, Harm Reduction Counseling, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity
