The Program
Australia Awards Indonesia is managed by Coffey on behalf of the
Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The goal of Australia
Awards Indonesia is that: Indonesia's development is enhanced by the
contribution of internationally qualified professionals and a strong and
positive relationship with Australia. This will contribute across the
whole scope of the Australia Indonesia Partnership, including its goal
to work in partnership with Indonesia to achieve a more prosperous, safe
and democratic Indonesia. The program is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Position
The Alumni Information Management Officer (AIMO) will be responsible for effective and efficient operation of alumni information management systems to support the implementation of the AAI alumni engagement strategy.
The Alumni Information Management Officer (AIMO) will be responsible for effective and efficient operation of alumni information management systems to support the implementation of the AAI alumni engagement strategy.
Working under the supervision of the Alumni Relations Manager (ARM) and
Alumni Relations Coordinator (ARC), and as part of a broader team that
combines personnel working in the areas of alumni, communications and
promotions, the AIMO will assist the ARM and ARC in the implementation
of the enhanced alumni engagement strategy, including identification of
critical activities, expansion of the alumni network. As well as doing
consolidation of institutional links between alumni and Australia
organization also management and effective and efficient utilisation of
alumni database.
The Person
To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in a
related field of study (Information Management, Information &
Technology, Computer Science or Communication) as well as experience in
providing responsive and effective customer service and stakeholder
management. Together with a high level proficiency in spoken, written
English and Indonesian, you will have excellent planning and
demonstrated presentations skills for one on one meetings and group
meetings.
You should have the ability to show initiative in planning and
developing new ideas and approaches, and to implement and communicate
change effectively. Demonstrate an attention to detail and a commitment
to service standards. Developed skills in managing multiple conflicting
priorities, meeting deadlines and exercising discretion and professional
judgement to ensure quality service results.
