International – Asia Regional Office is seeking for highly qualified Indonesian
candidates to fill the position of:
Deputy Director of
Operations
The
Deputy Director of Operations will be responsible for the management and
leadership of the Regional Office operations team which includes Grants,
International Finance and Accounting, Procurement and Information Technology
Services. Regional Managers that lead these functional areas will report into
the Deputy Regional Director of Operations and their matrix supervisors in the
home office. S/he will also be responsible for the performance management and
improvement of corporate services to the projects and will be required to
effectively work and maintain strong relationships with the Chief of Parties
and project management as well as key business partners in the home office back
in North Carolina. Finally, S/he will have responsibility for institute
specific government relations including maintaining strong relationships with
the Government of Indonesia (GoI) not limited to including relevant
registration departments, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of
Manpower.
Successful
candidates will have experience in program management and government relations
in Indonesia, written and spoken fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and
superior team management and communication skills.
A postgraduate degree
in management or a relevant operations field teamed with a minimum of 15 years'
experience working in a senior role with a track record of achieving high level
results and outcomes are required.
