of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection,
health, community empowerment and disaster management.
World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position:
Resource Acquisition and Management Manager - Grant (Code: RAM-Grant)

Major Roles:
Develop Resource Acquisition & Management strategy and high performing Grants Acquisition & Management unit to obtain successful international grant acquisition and strategic positioning with international partners and Support Offices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with minimum five years experience in grant acquisition and management preferably USAID and EU grant. Master degree will be an advantage.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical information into coherent proposal language suitable for external, international audiences.
- Experience engaging cross-sector partners (i.e. private sector, academia, research institutions), negotiating partnership agreements.
- Strategic planning ability and appreciation for business planning processes, monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience with grant-related audits to meet international standards.
- At least three years of direct management experience supervising staff, mentoring performance, and demonstrating team-building skills
- Excellent written and oral English and Indonesian language skills.
- Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Creative, “out-of-the-box” thinking and genuine desire to be an agent of change
