KOICA Job Vacancy: Program Coordinator for ODA Bilateral Cooperation Program - Jakarta

KOICA is now hiring for a position, the detail as follows:
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) was founded in 1991 as a government agency under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Korean Government. KOICA has played its role as an implementing organization of the Korean Government’s bilateral grant aid and technical cooperation programs to the developing countries. One of KOICA Indonesia program is providing capacity development fellowship for government officials.

Position: Program Coordinator for ODA Bilateral Cooperation Program
Number of Position: 1(One)
Place: Jakarta Start work: September2015  or as agreed Duration: Annual basis/can be extended upon agreement
Job Details
  • Gather the documents necessary such as KOICA application form as well as copy passport to be delivered to KOICA HQ. 
  • Conduct Demand Survey for KOICA program
  • Build relationship with related ministry (central government) to spread the yearly demand survey, as well as local government.
  • Collect the result of demand survey to identify the needs of each ministry or local  government for the training through State Secretariat
  • Carry out the pre-departure orientation for training
  • Conduct assessment interview to check the outcome of the projects
  • Provide information, data and reports  for the KOICA program in timely manner as requested
  • Provide progress reports and monitor the implementation of KOICA’s fellowship program
  • Participation in coordination meetings and workshops including handling the organization of events and workshops for KOICA Alumni gathering
Related Administrative Service and Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Resident Representative and/or Deputy Resident Representative  in document and correspondence preparation and follow-ups
  • Perform general office/secretarial duties autonomously
  • Handle minute-taking of meeting and reports
  • Draft correspondence, ensure interpreting and translation as needed   
  • Take responsibility for the proper use of vehicles, equipment and other assets
  • Provide visa assistance to candidate's trainee and master degree
Others: Do other tasks as assigned by the Resident Representative or Deputy of KOICA
Mandatory Qualification
  • Candidates who can start working in KOICA immediately after the final confirmation
  • Bachelor degree in International Relations, Development, Social Science or related field
  • One (1) year experiences  in related field
  • Willing to develop a good teamwork with the Partnership staff; having a good skill in report writing, and good skill on the use of ICT
  • Having significant roles in lobby and advocacy
  • Excellent communication both in oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Profound knowledge of modern telecommunication systems (telephone, fax, scanner,  e-mail, internet and its software).
  • Flexible, able to multi-task and work well in under pressure
Work Conditions and Salary
  • 5 days per week from 08:30-16:30, Health issuance for out and in patient
  • Salary : Depend on his/her qualification
