Youth Economic Empowerment Project Manager - Semarang

Typical Responsibilities - Key End Results of Position:

Key Result Area (KRA) 1:  Program Planning
Indicator for success:
Support the planning and design of project implementation strategy, log frame and budget with clear milestones, and get these approved by the donor.Develop and submit a consolidated annual work plan on the basis of the area project specific plans. Communicate with CO YEE team and donor on program planning and budget

KRA 2 Program implementation in line with the project design and planning
Indicators for success:
Coordinate program implementation with YEE Program Manager and team.Linkage PU’s and area specific programs with overall program design. Monitor, Coordinate, and Supervise partners and related stake holders for provision of technical support services and research. Develop and coordinate scaling up strategies

KRA 3: Communication, Monitoring and Reporting
Indicators for success:
Conduct monitoring to program implementation in 3 (three) BLKs and facilitate discussion and coordination between all YEE partner institution and Plan Program Unit office in the field.Maintain communication with YEE National Program Manager, YEE Advisor and team on program planning and implementation.Monitor program progress (outcomes and results) and expenditure.Prepare progress reports for internal Plan use to YEE National Program Manager and YEE Advisor. Contribute to newsletters, periodicals and other publications by Plan Indonesia, Plan International and outside. Communicate about the program with outside parties. Represent CO YEE team

KRA 4: Networks and Learning
Indicators for success:
Establish external networks in order to strengthen the implementation of YEE program, to exchange experiences and to scale up program implementation. Seek innovation and put in place improved learning practices within and outside the program

KRA 5: Others
Indicators for success:
Participates in project staff meetings,Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the YEE National Project Manager, YEE Advisor and other working relation on Country Office.Organizing and coordination skills. Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Able working independently with minimum supervision. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree(S-1) in Economic, Business, (Master degree with relevant education is prefered)
  • 5 (five) years project management experience preferably in Livelihood, MSME development or vocational training
  • Experience in representational roles, Experience in promoting and developing learning in the  area of expertise, Demonstrated experience working with local governments, Experience developing and writing proposals and reporting
  • Good knowledge and skills: Communication skills, analytical and conceptual thinking, Building and managing teams, networking, marketing, leadership, crisis management, human resource management, problem solving, negotiation skills
  • Fluent both Indonesia and English (oral and written)
Range Salary : IDR 11 550 000 – 16 500 000,-
