Manage program comprehensively including responsible for program budget utilization.
Routinely supervise/monitor training activity conducted by local training selected by the organization.
Routinely supervise/monitor Technical Skills training provided by vocational training centers to program participants who choose to work.
Supervise/monitor Technical Skills training including training on business development plan and mentoring/coaching to program participants who choose to open a business.
Initiate, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with employers in various industries in order to absorb youth participants who prefer to have employment.
Initiate, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with business partners/entities in business sectors in order for youth participants who prefer to have businesses (entrepreneurs) to gain good business partnerships.
Coordinate with other program partners in order to keep the youth program on track.
Supervise all activities delivered by organization team field staff within the organization youth program.
Act as an organization representative to promote organization youth programs to all stakeholders in the youth program.
Coordinate with other organization units in order to keep the youth program on track.
Prepare quarterly and annual program reports to the Donor (narrative and finance).
Do other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor of the organization Executive Director.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to evaluate, implement and monitor activities and budget.
Good knowledge of multi-stakeholder communication approach.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills and sound advisory skills
Able to work effectively in a team, has initiatives for decision making.
Computer literacy to include practical knowledge of MS programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of Project Management and attention to detail.
Strong ability to use English (verbally and written).
Willing to travel to the program area with a long stay.
Willing to be located in the program area if necessary.
EXPERIENCES:
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Social Science, Economics, or Business Management.
At least three years of experience manage projects of the program in community development especially that is related to micro-enterprises/ youth empowerment/ women empowerment.
At least two years working experience in preparing log frame, action plan and budget planning for the project
